Save the Rhino's Mystery Dinner 2016
On Wednesday 23 November 2016 over 150 guests and supporters of Save the Rhino came together at The Mermaid for a night of fine dining and 'mystery' overlooking the River Thames.
With a sparkling wine reception followed by a three course meal, guests enjoyed stunning views of the iconic Tate Modern throughout the evening, as our five guest speakers entertained them with their take on this year's 'mystery' theme. From the hidden meanings and histories imbued in traditional African gourds which wind up as designer light fittings in New York, to the moments of mystery and wonder experienced when filming the natural world, our guest speakers transported our guests around the world in just one night!
With the generous support from our guests, donors and volunteers, the evening raised a superb amount for rhino conservation. Very many thanks also go to our guest speakers Arvind Ethan David, Patrick Morris, Jo Scofield, Jamie Gaymer, and Sam Taylor, without whom the event would not have been possible.
