Delivery

We send all items using Royal Mail (the UK postal service). Other services such item tracking or courier services will incur extra postage charges; please get in touch before placing your order to let us know your requirements.

Items delivered within the UK will be posted Second class and overseas items will be sent by airmail delivery.

We will process your order as soon as possible. Please see the below details for approximate delivery estimates:

  • UK delivery, 7-10 days
  • European delivery, up to 2 weeks
  • Worldwide delivery, up to 3 weeks

Please use the above delivery times as a guide before querying a non-delivery, in order to allow time for your order to be processed.

Postage and packaging

The delivery charge for your order depends on the size of your item and your delivery location. Full postage charges will be calculated at the checkout of your order. If you have any queries about what the P&P charge for your item will be, please get in touch.

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receiving your merchandise. Please return your merchandise in new condition. If you wish to return an item please contact us to indicate you are doing so. Upon receiving the returned merchandise Save the Rhino will provide a refund to the original payment method. Save the Rhino will provide a refund for the original product cost and outbound postage cost. Save the Rhino will not cover the costs of returning the item.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please notify Save the Rhino straight away upon receiving the merchandise. Please return the products with an accompanying note and we will provide an exchange or refund and cover the cost of the return postage.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Refunds cannot be provided for damaged or used merchandise.

If you would like to exchange an item, you have seven days to do so after having received the item. Please contact us to indicate the details of your exchange. We are able to exchange products up to the equivalent value upon receiving the returned item. Please package and return the item to Save the Rhino International, upon receiving the return, we will process your exchange. Save the Rhino is unable to cover the costs associated with the return of the item or postage for the new item.

Please return any items to our London address.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product through the Checkout, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order. Online card payments are processed on behalf of Save the Rhino International by the secure platform, Stripe. You may also receive a transaction confirmation email from Stripe confirming your card payment.

All merchandise orders placed through the Save the Rhino International shop are processed at Save the Rhino International’s head office in central London.

Managing monthly donations

Donations made through Save the Rhino’s website are processed by the secure transaction Stripe platform. You can log into the Save the Rhino’s account portal to update your information, amend your membership or donation, or cancel your payments.

If you have forgotten your account password, click lost password on the account login page. After this you will be asked to enter your email address and click submit. A new password link will be sent to you if an account associated with this email was in use.

Managing your annual membership

There are currently five types of Save the Rhino memberships you can sign up to. You can choose to pay for your memberships annually, in monthly instalments throughout the year, or as a one-off purchase. Please note that monthly payments can only be cancelled after the cost of your membership (ie. one year) has been paid in full.

In recognition of this fantastic support, we provide member-only benefits such as your member’s welcome pack, a subscription to our annual magazine The Horn and member discounts on our merchandise products and events.

Please note that by signing up as a member you agree to be sent a copy of our annual magazine The Horn and to receive regular updates from us via e-mail about our work, events and activities. You can unsubscribe at any time from e-mail communications by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the e-mail. You can also let us know if you would prefer not to hear from us by post.

Membership welcome packs and benefits
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of membership pack contents and delivery addresses. However, we cannot refund memberships due to an issue with the membership pack. All gifts included in the welcome packs are subject to availability. Save the Rhino reserves the right to substitute alternative gifts of an equivalent nature and value and/or refuse entry to events. If an item in your membership pack is faulty or incorrect, please notify Save the Rhino immediately upon receiving your pack. Please return the items with an accompanying note and we will provide an exchange and cover the cost of the return postage.

Use of our logo

Visitors to this website may not download or copy the Save the Rhino logo for use on any other website, printed material or any other purpose, without obtaining prior permission. Please contact info@savetherhino.org in the first instance.

Use of images on this site

You may download copies of any image credited to “Save the Rhino International” as long as you credit the image in exactly the same way. You may not download images on this site by other photographers, who have given permission for us to use them but not for re-use or re-sale.

Use of content on this site

You may quote content from our website, so long as you credit the author and give our website address: savetherhino.org
