Rhino Conservation Membership: Supporting Rhinos, Communities and Conservation
If you are passionate about rhinos and want to play your part in conserving them, the landscapes they depend on, and the people who share those spaces, becoming a Save the Rhino member is one of the most meaningful ways to do it. Our members provide a vital and reliable source of income that helps us fund conservation programmes across Africa and Asia.
Why Rhino Conservation Membership Support Matters
Rhino conservation takes time. It depends on reliable funding, passionate and knowledgeable people, and a commitment to research and continued learning. None of that happens overnight, and none of it happens without ongoing support.
Whether that means equipping rangers with durable boots and quality kit, supporting community-led conservation education, or helping to monitor rhino populations across vast and challenging landscapes, membership gives us that reliability, allowing us to plan ahead, commit to long-term programmes, and make sure funds reach the places and people that need them most.
We work closely with partners across Africa and Asia, sharing expertise and using the best available research to make sure every pound we spend has the greatest possible impact for rhinos. When you become a member, you are part of making that happen.

Rhino Rangers Kids’ Membership for Young Conservationists
Our Rhino Rangers kids’ membership is a brilliant introduction to the world of rhinos, recommended for budding conservationists between the ages of 5 and 10. It is available from £3.50 per month or £36 per year, and makes a great gift.
The posted Rhino Rangers pack comes with goodies including a membership card and certificate, a Rhino Ranger badge, bookmark, keyring, activity sheets, stickers, and five rhino fact cards, one for each species. Members also receive regular emails featuring rhino facts, stories, and downloadable activities.
Where Rhino Conservation Membership Support Goes
Three of the five species of rhino are Critically Endangered, and two have fewer than 80 animals left. The work we fund across Africa and Asia covers four key areas. We work to ensure all five rhino species are protected so that they can thrive in the future.
We help make sure rangers have the equipment and training they need to monitor and look after rhino populations. We address the illegal rhino horn trade, which is part of a complex web of organised and serious crimes. People are at the heart of rhino conservation and are critical to its success, so we invest in the people living alongside rhinos, inspiring them to value and look after wildlife. And across the world we connect conservationists, so they have the best skills possible to save rhinos.
Every Rhino Conservation Membership Makes a Difference
Whether it’s an Individual membership or signing up a young rhino fan as a Rhino Ranger, every member plays a part in protecting rhinos, their habitats, and the people who live alongside them. Every one of our members helps us to make a difference.
