The Oxford Half Marathon 2026
Run the Oxford Half Marathon 2026 for Save the Rhino!
The fast and flat Oxford Half returns on Sunday 11 October 2026, offering the perfect route for both first-time and experienced runners!
The course takes runners through the pristine, winding streets of historic Oxford. The route begins on Mansfield Rd and passes through the stunning sites of Old Marston village, the River Cherwell, Oxford University’s impressive Lady Margaret Hall, before finally finishing back where it started, in the heart of Oxford University.
We are thrilled to be part of this special event and we are looking for passionate runners to join Team Save the Rhino for 2026.

On average, our runners typically raise around £350 each; this helps us to cover the costs of your place on the team, while also maximising the funds for rhino conservation. This may feel like a daunting figure to raise. However, there are endless ways of fundraising, from bake sales to corporate sponsorship and match funding, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!
Got your own place?
If you’re lucky enough to have your own place in the 2026 Oxford Half Marathon ballot, we’d love for you to join the team. Let us know if you’ve been successful by emailing us at fundraising@savetherhino.org
