Terms of use


We send all items using Royal Mail (the UK postal service). Other services such item tracking or courier services will incur extra postage charges; please get in touch before placing your order to let us know your requirements.

Items delivered within the UK will be posted Second class and overseas items will be sent by airmail delivery.

We will process your order as soon as possible. Please see the below details for approximate delivery estimates:

- UK delivery, 7-10 days
- European delivery, up to 2 weeks
- Worldwide delivery, up to 3 weeks

Please use the above delivery times as a guide before querying a non-delivery, in order to allow time for your order to be processed.

Postage and packaging

The delivery charge for your order depends on the size of your item and your delivery location. Full postage charges will be calculated at the checkout of your order. If you have any queries about what the P&P charge for your item will be please get in touch.

Returns and exchanges

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receiving your merchandise. Please return your merchandise in new condition. If you wish to return an item please contact us to indicate you are doing so. Upon receiving the returned merchandise Save the Rhino will provide a refund to the original payment method. Save the Rhino will provide a refund for the original product cost and outbound postage cost. Save the Rhino will not cover the costs of returning the item.

 If an item is faulty or incorrect then please notify Save the Rhino straight away upon receiving the merchandise. Please return the products with an accompanying note and we will provide an exchange or refund and cover the cost of the return postage.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Refunds cannot be provided for damaged or used merchandise. 

If you would like to exchange an item, you have seven days to do so after having received the item. Please contact us to indicate the details of your exchange. We are able to exchange products up to the equivalent value upon receiving the returned item. Please package and return the item to Save the Rhino International, upon receiving the return, we will process your exchange. Save the Rhino is unable to cover the costs associated with the return of the item or postage for the new item.

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product through the Checkout, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order. Online card payments are processed on behalf of Save the Rhino International by the secure platform, Worldpay. You will also receive a transaction confirmation email from Worldpay confirming your card payment.

All merchandise orders placed through the Save the Rhino International shop are processed at Save the Rhino International's head office in central London.

Managing monthly donations

Donations made through Save the Rhino's website are processed by the secure transaction Worldpay platform. You can log into the Worldpay shopper management portal to cancel your monthly donation, update your card details, change your contact information, username/password details or amend your donation. 

1. To log into the Worldpay shopper management system visit http://www.worldpay.com/shopper

2. Select 'Agreement login from the left-hand menu and select 'Log into the shopper management system'. Log in using the username and password details sent to you by Worldpay when you first started your donation contribution. These details will have been sent to you in separate emails. If you have forgotten your password or username you can use the password reset functionality and both details will be re-emailed to you.

3. Once you have logged in you will be able to amend your donation agreement and update your details

Managing your annual membership

There are currently three types of Save the Rhino membership you can sign up to. You can choose to pay for your memberships in one-off annual payment or in monthly instalments throughout the year. Please note that monthly payments can only be cancelled after the equivalent amount of your membership has been paid in full.

In recognition of this fantastic support, we provide certain member only benefits such as your member’s welcome pack and a subscription to our annual magazine The Horn.

Use of our logo

Visitors to this website may not download or copy the Save the Rhino logo for use on any other website, printed material or any other purpose, without obtaining prior permission. Please contact info@savetherhino.org in the first instance

Use of images on this site

You may download copies of any image credited "Save the Rhino International" as long as you credit the image in exactly the same way. You may not download images on this site by other photographers, who have given permission for us to use them but not for re-use or re-sale.
