Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership packs

Save the Rhino will send new members the t-shirt size and colour of their choice. However, if one product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the t-shirt for a different colour.

If an item in your membership pack is faulty or incorrect then please notify Save the Rhino straight away upon receiving your pack. Please return the items with an accompanying note and we will provide an exchange and cover the cost of the return postage.

We do our best to ensure accuracy of membership pack contents and delivery addresses. However, we cannot refund memberships due to any issue with the membership pack.

Processing and delivery times

Your membership will be processed at the Save the Rhino London office within seven days of payment. UK memberships should arrive within 7-10 days of payment. Please note that in the interests of keeping costs down and ensuring as much of your membership fee as possible goes to support rhino conservation programmes, membership packs sent internationally will be sent via surface mail. Please see below for approximate delivery times via surface mail:

  • Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
  • Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
  • North America in up to 6 weeks
  • South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
  • Australia in up to 12 weeks

Please use the above delivery times as a guide before querying a non-delivery, in order to allow time for your membership to be processed.

If you require quicker delivery, please email rosie@savetherhino.org. We can arrange faster delivery, although you will be liable for additional postage costs incurred.

Rhino Savers membership

Please note, Rhino Savers membership is only available for children up to and including the age of 16. Supporters aged 17 and over can choose between our Protect and Evolve membership levels.

Payment

Membership payments are processed on behalf of Save the Rhino by Worldpay’s Futurepay recurring payment service. Once you proceed to the payment page you will enter either a monthly or annual recurring payment agreement to pay for your membership subscription. You will receive an email from Worldpay confirming details of your payment. If you would like to cancel your membership after a year you can do so through the online ‘Shopper Management System’ or please contact info@savetherhino.org
