After the success of our PechaKucha Asia event, Save the Rhino is hosting another PechaKucha event but this time with an African theme...

PechaKucha (ペチャクチャ,) meaning chit-chat in Japanese, is an event format sweeping the world – our night has a variety of speakers, each with 20 slides and just 20 seconds per slide...

Join us at The Battlebridge Room in Kings Place for an exquisite three-course meal whilst being entertained by a variety of speakers. Speakers so far include:

Sir Max Hastings - British journalist, editor, historian and author. He was a foreign correspondent and reported from more than sixty countries and eleven wars for BBC television and for the Evening Standard. He was then editor for ten years of The Daily Telegraph.

Louis Theroux - Best known for his documentaries When Louis Met…, Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends and most recently for his third, untitled series of specials.

Soiya Gecaga - Granddaughter of Jomo Kenyatta, President of Kenya from 1964 to 1978 (the first Kenyan president after independence and considered the founding father of the Kenyan nation). She is now a Consultant at Bates, Wells and Braithwaite.
